Cancellations must always be made in writing.
CANCELLATION FEES:
Up to 31 days before the start of your vacation: free of charge.
Up to 16 days before the start of your vacation: we charge 40% of the total price.
15–7 days before the start of your vacation: we charge 70% of the total price.
For cancellations within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price; for no-shows or early departures, we will charge 100%.
